Donna Becker is a Certified Family Law Specialist* with 40 years’ experience in settlement and litigation. Currently she works as a mediator, collaborative attorney, and consulting attorney, generally in a Zoom environment. She assists people in designing solutions to the issues that arise in connection with dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, division of property, child and spousal support and co-parenting.
I believe that, whenever possible, resolution of issues related to dissolution of marriage and registered partnerships, and co-parenting should be accomplished privately by family members with minimal court intervention. Facing these challenging life transitions in structured cooperative settings can provide some protection from emotional and financial losses and build a foundation of future respect.
